I worked for Marianna Naturals, and although you sound like one of the founders - it's unfortunate to inform you that their management is horrible. I'm owed "stocks" - while I don't believe Joel DeBellefeuille and Heather Marianna while ever pay me what they owe me, have you heard any news on the stocks? Joel DeBellefeuille informed me that it was supposed to go live in January....we're now in August.
