The risk of entering and exiting a stock that will end in a JV or sold one day in its entirety without a beauty pageant is that the price will go from 0 to 100 overnight and you will then regret exiting. Chuck bought 190k shares last week at 38 cents or so. If he keeps buying in the days and weeks ahead, I would suggest you set that as your North Star for investment purposes. Otherwise, you're not investing or even really day trading (given the relatively low volumes) you're playing musical chairs. And nobody wants to be the odd man out when the music stops.
