RE:Do some due diligence Not sure what point is being suggested about the location of the building or the fact the head office has a "suite" address, but as an FYI...
The Google street view image is almost 2 years old. Right now, there are high-rise condos currently under construction all around the 1744 head office -- with the empty lot shown on google maps right beside 1744 now having a large building that's about halfway completed last time I was there; it's quite a very hot part of town for construction.
If there's a suggestion that it's actually some sort of faux "office" out of someone's home or condo, or in some way not a real office at all...
As Peter wrote on a post in the past, the company uses 13,706 sq feet of that building.
Having been and worked there personally, I can confirm there are multiple offices and boardrooms across two floors, housing senior engineering, legal, executive, finance and accounting, HR, and other departments. Also quite a good coffee machine, that makes custom drinks on command. And a nice doggie.
And yes the reception desk is via the door at suite 200, on the second floor; PYR being in a French-speaking province, "suite" or "bureau" is the common usage for office numbers.
The Company also has two factories, that are even larger. Here's their addresses if you'd like to "sleuth" and "go deep" on those:
5655 Philippe-Turcot,
Montral, QC, H4C 3K8
9371 Wanklyn Street
LaSalle, Quebec, H8R 1Z2

Both adjacent sites are vacant and for lease. This is specifically addressed to the poster here that suggested I'm "pumping" Xebec. My only "suggestion" here is that everyone go deep on their own and "sleuth" companies before or even after investing their hard-earned money. Taking a look at the head office is a good start. By the way, it's "Suite" 200. 2nd floor
