Probably cannot get or participate in any cheap PP in UEC like he will be allowed to do in Denison,  & also he paticipate in the  cheap JCU  PP in UEX, Rick Rule is always looking out for what is in his best interest.

When it is time to bash the uranium sector for a correction, so he can buy cheap uranium stocks, he does not shy away from saying uranium stocks are too expensive, ( self serving).
