RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CSE "ing" report for July

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CSE "ing" report for JulyI worked with a guy once that was convinced that a judge, politician, lawyer and stockbroker should all be shot with some regularity to remind them of how serious and responsible they should be so they are not the chosen ones.

There are a lot of nefarious players out there that are motivated totally by money and ethics and reputation are not important.

There are so many creative deals that go on now with publicly listed companies and then there is a company like Tinley where managment brings certain skills to the table but not the ones we need. They forge ahead and keep dropping forward looking nrs but still can't get any price appreciation for the shares.

I will give this team credit for being salespeople but not dream builders. One of the problems is that they aren't promoting sales of our line of skus. I do understand that there is no point selling if you can't supply but it seems they muddled their way through that but put the company in jeapordy to secure the necessary finances to continue in survival mode until such time as we can find company building personel.

Ever since the $2 Hemplify days this has taken an exorbinant length of time to get us to where we are currently which is in no way an accomplished new venture based on the lack of investor trust which is reflected by the shareprice.

Tinley is cheap enough that there have got to be lots of suitors and potential financiers that want a headstart in California and to secure controlling interest for $3.5 billion dollars for a going concern, functioning thc infused bottling facility with extra capacity to justify 2 lines of revenue, our profit from our own line of skus and co-bottling fees, which we are told are quite lucrative.

Tinley has been a conundrum of slow forward movement with a big pot of gold waiting at the end. Given that we are just now on the verge of making some money, this investor believes that this is the wrong time to drop trou and jeapordize control of the company.

Companys up for bids usually are measured in multiples of revenue or profits and there seems to be lots of risk capital available at reasonable rates that should be explored more for a better deal.

The Blaze deal seems expensive if Tinley continues the way they have been going and destined to be in Blaze's control if Tinley can't make the payments. Everything we have been told about our revenue potential and our arriving at the point of generating revenue beyond costs suggests a friends and family deal where the initial shareholders are going to get sacrificed.

At least Blaze has a reputation for being company builders and they have experience in beverages and I would welcome a different approach than what our current team is doing such that if you keep doing the same thing and failing, why would you expect any difference without change?

Tinley is clearly under the thumb of marketmakers who want a big edge on their investment for what they bring to the table and the more frustrated they keep investors, the better their chance of picking up controlling shares in the market such that a vote would be a waste of time if they already had enough shares.

That is a risky situation for existing shareholders because they can then also take it private, where shareholders will get even less nrs and info about how the company is doing than they are now and private mangement can keep painting the dark picture of what is going on within.

There's always weak hands or investors that will switch their investments to more likeable company management teams to save what is left of their assets. I just hope that they are few and that the survivor investors realize the potential of owning shares in a company with little debt and a lot of potential.

If Tinley got to $2 on Hemplify alone, we should at least be able to revisit that sp with what we bring to the table now.

Our own bottling facility, recipes, IP and connections for several skus in a hot potential market

Fockin' gremlins got me and I don't know how to fix it, so apologies!
