RE:RE:RE:RE:SPMM - based on this morning's share price activity it would appear that Seto is going to be doing a dilutive issue likely in the range of $0.40 or lower per share. So much for being a man of his word. So well below the $2 to $3 per share that you had been suggesting (I agree with your issue price). Disgusting? Yes. Let's see what the rhetoric surrounding the "strategic" placement is this time. I don't believe a word of it as this will be the third "strategic" placement. Minimum disclosure coupled with no real promotion provides them this opportunity. And the insiders don't care - they are privy to everything including the redacted Baxter agreement from two plus years ago. As Gorf says they don't care what the share price is since they know the end game and the value to be realized. Until we reach that point the party favors will be doled out to "strategic" parties.
And while that happens the planted idiots carry on about dolphins and cats in heaven and their preferences for who is admitted there. Gorf you are 100% right - their purpose is to dilute real posters with their garbage. So the only option for the real shareholders is to wait and see the issue price and then pick up shares at the stupidly low levels. Only way to fight the dilution from the "strategic" placements.
