RE:RE:RE:RE:No need to mopeMouth, I agree with you on some aspects. In order to have a successful investment outcome you need 3 things . 1) an idea, concept that disrupts the particular market or is game changing 2) Timing of business cycle. If markets are in a depression or period or war or extreme fear .... I dont care what the investment is , if it is not generating cashflow or a dividend it will not succeed. 3) Management- that has a proven track record and experience from the past . Is able to execute and delegate leaders that can get the job done. The biggest risk to Sva in my opinion is CEO and BOD. Toleikis hires weak managers so he can control them. He still has Ray Matthew's around. CFO Swetlow is also weak .. should have never done that financing. Frank Shannon has done what with Thyroid or Hemophilia? It's been two years they had conformal coating and they need another two years to file an IND . 2024 will be pushed into 2025. Tokleikis promised liquidity with moving to Tsx exchange a year after. He was wrong it had no effect on share price.Toleikis promised blockbuster pharma deal ... market yawned . So Mouth what makes you believe management can execute? Wait another two years ? You have to look at the risks and risks are weak management. Only saving grace is Witowski . Now there is little retail attention ...that's what Toleikis wanted . He never takes responsibility and blames others . He blames retail investors for causing share price to fall and trading . Well be careful for what you wish for. Retail investors are not going to wait two years and meanwhile you failed to get any institutional investors. Keep Ray Mathews around and keep changing IR guys and spending $1 million a year on PR ... definition of insanity . Doing the same thing over and over and expecting something different to happen. Mouth, in 2025 I hope you'll be popping the champagne bottles with 400 million shares of dilution .... it seems you are young enough, but a lot of the legacy investors wont be around in a few years .
