RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:An early morning gift Please explain the logic behind your last 2 statements. I have been in this stock for a while and do not recall any correspondence with management regarding the effect of blackout periods and their stock purchases....

Nor do I understand the logic leap regarding the financing and options.....
