they need the working capital badly so this is good news there
The 20% dilution will put them close to 500 million share for essentially a penny stock not so much good news there.
I see a 1 for 10 consolidation on the horizon and maybe a NASDAQ listing. The rollback would probably need more than 1:10 for the listing to happen though.
I am holding not adding here.Any consolidation is a shorter's dream so I wait for clarity of financials and any plan for uplisting to the NASDAQ like they have discussed before.
