Hasn't this gone off topic eh?People are talking about essentially golden parachutes for Goad since he is older and can "peace" whenever he wants.
One does not spend the better part of 20 years working on a project and then willingly leaves with a golden ticket and a project unfinished. Being a geologist, my assumption is he understands the impact and necessity to getting this project into good hands and this will be his legacy/ mark on the world helping to bring about a green energy revolution through the use of Cobalt.
People dont stick around for 20 years unless they are trying to build a legacy of some kind. That is just the reality, yes he may have been compensated well, but he could of peaced out a long time ago and has not so I cannot imagine he would disapear willingly. We have 1000s of examples in history where people build legacies, or legitimately die or go to jail trying with their dreams and companies in tow.
As for fraud, fraud requires intentionally being deceptive in a criminal context for generally personal gain. I do not see deception from anyone on the team, in fact, they have been rather honest about their predictiment to anyone who has asked about "things". The mining industry has not been kind to any new cornerstone investor in the last 20 years for new mining ventures. It is not suprising that there would be large losses (although no quotes were provided, it would be foolish not to expect it).
Good luck to longs, stay the course, don't get too distracted, always fun to muse with the new names on the board that pop up from time to time :P
