Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. All very agreeable pts Note. Plus, as you've at times mentioned, BP likes to wrap up their M&A activity by EOY. They're probably hunkered down in negotiations as we speak...these deals take months to finalize.
