With the now commercial Dialco division landing massive deals in ARC Dialysis and the  Department  of Veterans Affairs it should be a $3.00 minimum value on those deals alone.

Having said that they do wear the crapshoot handle well. Really well!

At 10 plus years with the same share price and IR company representing them  you could say they want to appear as a roulette spin.

Who wouldnt?
