My argument to this is what's in the ground is not in the wallet and that is all the market cares about. What drops to the bottom line. You gotta get it out of the ground, find willing buyers and sell/distribute at a price that allows a solid bottom line result. Yes, one could argue there could be a buyout premium built in but from all accounts shared thus far this is Cris's baby and he is young and motivated enough to grow it into full maturity. Just my take.
