I agree with you Gann.....I would add that even if the bear market is still not over and management announces better results or new major contracts, feelings towards this company would be completely changed .
 
But if I had to choose between better margins or the announcement of a new contract, I would take the margins without hesitation because what good is a new contract if it is to announce losses in the following quarter.
