Keep an eye on the 10 year yieldMid August we were around 2.80% right now 3.34%!!! Tomorrow BOC meeting, some bks expecting it could be 1% hike!!! No question many commodities have seriously corrected. Are we getting close to the end of tightening? Obviously with each rate hike the consumer is going to grind to halt but the real estate correction ie Condos over 500K has only begun. Peace
