Water Board

Water BoardGuru's here  on Stockhouse have stated the reclaimation bond is NO BIG deal.....and I said you better pay attention to this issue as it could spiral out of hand.     VG better get the fixes to the mine that are required and figure out the bond.  Not sure the Yukon Water Board is somone to pick a fight with.   VG management was on record saying the 'fixes' to correct bad issues were going to be easy, as well as the bond increase.  WELLLLL, why not just do them then.

Quotes from the Water Board

"
Richard Buchan, the board's lawyer, told the court Friday the company needs to pony up and pay, adding Victoria Gold has breached its water licence for years by, in part, not providing required information needed to assess and calculate security instalments.

"Without information, the board can't do its job property," Buchan said. "The company refuses to provide information and then complains.

"It's not only people at stake — it's the environment, the whole interconnected ball of wax.""
