Absolutely. "Success" must be measuable using standard accepted parameters from external parties. Self proclamation is no compliment. Waving your own success flag must be proved by supporting data. Dont say anything you cannot prove Howie. Deal itself doen't mean much if it cannot be evaluated using common financial tools.
