spin=out of Silver CityWhat does the term "spin-out" imply?

I don't recall hearing the term before. Is it just a fancy way of saying they will sell the Silver City assets
and start a new company?.

What benefit will it be to the pathetic scraps of funds I still hold in Excellon?
