At what point Endzone exact date that if we don't have a strategic investor that its time to sell as this is a penny stock and the longer you hold dilution destroys your equity.

You are clearly unaware what's involved to pull off a major deal PCguy. It could take several more months to get the right partner especially if new positive drill results and/or feasibility increase the value.
