Concern or not?Three years of this.  Three yeas of trying to sell this to a strategic investor.  There aren't that many "strategic investors".  At what point Endzone exact date that if we don't have a strategic investor that its time to sell as this is a penny stock and the longer you hold dilution destroys your equity.
