ROAD - OTHER SIDE OF SLEMON

ROAD - OTHER SIDE OF SLEMON Here's the road on the other side of Slemon.
I really don't know why others are making it a dependency on, Fortune and thier Spur road.

Winter road - yes.
But.... as soon as one gets to the - Strutt Lake Power - no longer is it a winter road -
it transitions into a better road.

As mentioned prior, there's a road at the top end of Marion Lake.
What they should've done was build the road off of hwy #3 - go around Marion and tie
into the Strutt Power road and then... to Fortune and off chute to Night Hawk.

Rover's upper claims are at the - Strutt power station.

HWY # 3 - Turn on Behchoko road
HEADS RIGHT TO - Strutt Lake Power
Again... Rover's claims are right up to - Strutt Lake.

3 - Juniors -
Fortune
Night Hawk
Rover

Fortune - 5 mineral credit ( gold, copper, cobalt, bismuth, silver )
Night Hawk - gold
Rover - gold

All three are in a - triangulated formation -
2 of which have more gold than rover.

All 3 juniors need the roads.
                    BUT
Rover is closest to Yellow Knife.
Rover would need less of a road -  to link in - to hwy #3
Rover is closest to power.
Between the 3 - Rover is being treated like the dog.

What's new ?
Night Hawk - just created a - ROYALTY.
Very Interesting.

They're looking for other strategic investments.
Rover is a turnpike away, on Fortunes + Night Hawk's Yelloe Brick road .
Fortune has lots of shares out - sitting like hanging fruit.
Night Hawk... is a wild card.
Even more now - with a royalty company.
No one is talking about Night Hawk.

Whose Night Hawk's - first customer ?
Themselves.... lol

QUESTION IS.... ?
Would Night Hawk - be looking for more gold ?
Are they our - never ending share ask ?
Who knows...

September 12, 2022 – Nighthawk Gold Corp. (“Nighthawk” or the “Company”) (TSX: NHK; OTCQX: MIMZF) announces that it has formed a new wholly-owned subsidiary (“RoyaltyCo”), which will focus on acquiring royalty interests, making strategic investments and exploring other accretive opportunities.  To start this venture, the Company has granted RoyaltyCo a 2.0% net smelter return royalty (the "NSR Royalty") on the Colomac Project and the entire regional district-scale Indin Lake Gold Property.
