RE:RE:RE:RE:Webcast this morningActually JimmyBly1, you and I and far too many others know "the market" doesn't like it at all.
No matter which way you slice it, somehow the Q4 "adjusted" EBITDA number was in fact made to come in as positive. Now we certainly know why "The Nazarpour Gift" had not been booked by NanoXplore and was instead deemed a gift which Mr. Nazarpour personally bestowed upon Luc Veilleux, NanoXplore's former CFO.
Alas, I was spot on with that call; and yet, I really didn't want to be correct, as I would have much preferred NanoXplore to be able to do much better in terms of Q4 and fiscal year end profitability than merely getting past by the skin of it's teeth, so to speak.
Never the less, I expect - perhaps foolishly - that NanoXplore's graphene comprised products sales and the revenue finally coming in from the 5 year long Solmax and NanoXplore co-development, specifically from Solomax's new graphene comprised geosynthetic products sales, would be contributing a good chunk of revenues towards NanoXplore's bottom line during the 2023 fiscal year.
Also, I expect - don't ask me why - a certain as yet not announced automotive parts and components manufacturing and supply contract to be awarded to NanoXplore's U.S based subsidiary in Newton, North Carolina. Such a contract would in part entail the sale and suply of more "Graphene BlackTM" Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) product and also go a long way toward further bolstering and enhancing NanoXplore's revenues generation picture for fiscal year 2023.
We note, as I have pointed out numerous times before, the Oshkosh Corp retained U.S Postal Service contract for the manufacturing of both ICE powered and battery electric powered U.S Postal Service Vehicles
There would also be plenty of graphene comprized "lightweighting" automotive parts and components required in order to efficiently, costs effectively and with a "high performance paint" and appearance quality" mass produce all those Oshkosh Corp manufactured U.S Postal Service vehicles.
There is plenty to expect from NanoXplore going forward. Specifically, plenty which has little to nothing at all to do with what has clearly been seen as a far too long coming and merely proposed "shiny lure" attached to this infamous graphene comprised battery materials and battery cells manufacturing "hook", so to speak.
Marvin J. Wolff is fortunate to have not bothered to overly emphasize the merely proposed and now clearly " infamous" VoltaXplore graphene comprised battery cells manufacturing facility.
After all, had Marvin J. Wolff bothered to actually attempt to further "promote" anything more than merely mentioning a as yet not undertaken and pending VoltaXplore decision, I would have had some choice words for Mr. Marvin J. Wolff, in blowing any proposed revenues generating positive spin relating to the VoltaXplore enterprise
It's enough he decided to spin the fact that the pilot plant facility is producing battery cells and mentioned nothing about VoltaXplore actually selling such pilot plant produced graphene comprised batteyr cells - free samples for everyone and no revenues expected.
