Combining the 3 complementary therapies that are proving to be synergistic and the addition of ONCY's pelareorep as part of the complement is proving to be an effective means to increase CAR-T persistence and durability, reverse an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME) for a more effective immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy, and is demonstrating the ability to overcome both antigen escape and resistance induced by T-cell immunotherapy and checkpoint blockade, respectively, in the treatment of solid tumors.
