RE:Let's play what if I replied to your earlier post before reading this one. If this was 2020 or 2021 I would completely agree. But this market environment just isn't the same. That other company has several NFL stadiums, Disney, and Six Flags. Literally nobody cares right now. Pat1 will either have to sell enough to convince institutions to buy in or wait the market out till things get good again.
