The Company’s primary business focus is the exploration and development of its flagship asset, the wholly owned Valentine Gold Project, located in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The project comprises a series of five mineralized deposits along a 32- kilometer system. Its prospects are located along the Valentine Lake Shear Zone and include Frank Zone, Rainbow Zone, Triangle Zone, Victoria Bridge, Narrows, Victory Southwest, Victory Northeast, and the Berry Zone. In addition to the Valentine Gold Project in the Central Region of Newfoundland and Labrador, the Company holds 100% interests in the Bonanza Mine, a former mine located in Baker County in northeastern Oregon, the Gold Reef property, an exploration property consisting of approximately 12 hectares of claims located near Stewart, British Columbia; and a 2% net smelter returns royalty on precious metal sales by the Golden Chest mine in Idaho.

Updated FS

Updated FSDoes anyone have any guidance on when we can expect the updated FS? All I can find anywhere is Q4 2022. I thought I'd ask before I call and impose on IR again.

Zack50 puts the shares in a shoebox (must be nice having an average cost of .44!). That makes sense while this storm rages, but this MOZ crew needs to do some things to help instead of bungling along like they have with the EA and the 2021 FS.

That's what really concerns me here, more than the sh*tty financing: not making sure the first EA would go through and so completely getting the plan "wrong" in the 2021 FS gives me no confidence in this crew's ability to build a mine.

So, what do you do when you believe in the project but the management sucks? Especially now, having ridden the rickety cart down the abandoned shaft to 87 cents?
