RE:RE:RE:RE:Once again, nice time to buyThey also didn't lower their divys all through CV19 when thier occupancy numbers were lower and they werent permitting any new admittance for months on end... I bought this all the way down I'm 2020 and have been adding consistently on the dips. I have my DRIP set up as well. Baby boomers are all coming to the age where demand is going to skyrocket. Home support is a mess and not sustainable. Huge potential here IMO.
