I don't believe for a second that anyone has special knowledge except the select group of company internal employees who would be absolutely 100% held to the wall on being prohibited from buying or selling any of their shares so long as they are holding onto material undisclosed information that we don't have.

So in a way, so long as they are holding onto those Abbvie agreement details, in my view they are stuck holding their shares. It goes both ways.
