I think he said it's a buy at 12$. It was the biggest fail of an IPO and for ever damaged this CEO's chances of raising money. ( along with HIRE)

The lost dude who thinks management will be around for 10-20 years will wake up and see the CEao has sold at any offer above 4$ and will never look back. The hype is over and this stock is DONE.
