Just because you be able to get lower interests rate doesn't mean the real estate market crush wouldn't bring any negative impact to sage ranch . If all other houses price around sage ranch drop 20-30% , than of course sage ranch will have to lower their selling price too , also will have a hard time selling it as well . And the real estate crush could be the deal breaker for Phantom. Now Phantom has one more reason not to purchase sage ranch or at least have more concerns about it . It would be very silly for them to buy sage ranch at this moment everybody can see that coming .
and what happened in 2020 April and May that the stock price spiked to 4$ . First of all it only last for less than one week , than stock price crush down to half .
second the entire 2020-2021 it was never a period of recessions . On the contrary, it was very strong bull market, the best stock market ever had in history. While all other stocks were launching . GRB progressively going down to 1$.
so if Grb did like cr*p during the entire best Bull market , what will happen to Grb during the bear market right now ?
