1. How did Jan 31, 2023 morph into Jan 31, 2022?

2. It's Jan 31, 2023 OR completion of the research. Completion will likely be beyond Jan 31, 2023 so they are unlikely "well past the mid point".

3. Even if they were at completion, next steps of analysis and decision making would take months.

4. The option exercise thing is not imminent.

5. Are you running out of plausible ways to move the stock?
