RE:RE:RE:Tax pool here worth more ..Yes, Tax pools plus the cash on the books and cash flow positive are very attractive to any profitable oil company. I estimate the NPV of the Tax Pools to be around $80 million to any Oil company with profits exposed to taxation... which would be many companies right now. 

Nice bite for a larger company... especially for any company with operations in their main areas!
