RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Still questioning everything I do not have a specific link to suit and I don't know if Caisse is specifically involved but someone had to intiiate the suit and I would think they stood to lose a ton of money soon after closing deal.It is in fact a Class action suit.
Just type ...March 2021 XBC Lawsuit... into Google and it will come up immediately. Also type in ..LEX GROUP Class action against XBC.... They are the legal folks handling the suit. Many items to do with the suit will pop there as well. This has been in the works for 2 years now.
