This article also confirms what I was talking about the other day, sortilin is found in the membranes of the Golgi apparatus and the endoplasmic reticulum, which could explain why through endosome internalization TH1902 can bypass efflux pump. Also, Golgi and ER are involved with tubulin, the protein that docetaxel is interacting with.
