Doesnt really make sense, if company has good revenue why would they need capital just for re-listing? Fullfill that yourself...and capital for what? To pay accountant? Stop paying huge salaries & expensing BS things with a startup company and actual turn profit first. They missed the boat with M&A in 2017-2019 when they had some hype, I'm not even sure what kind of tech they use but best case they can become a little subsidiary of a big tech company like Oracle or something
