Long-term, consistent high-volume production @ Boardwalk The hydrogeological study and well network design at LBNK's Boardwalk Brine Project has been completed and provides further evidence of the high potential of this project as we near the release of the PEA.
Highlights:
- Capable of long-term, consistent high-volume lithium brine production over the assessment period of 20 years
- Producing area of PEA represents only 25% of the Leduc reservoir
- Possibility to eliminate dilution into Leduc
- Capable of a daily rate of 250,000 cubic meters of brine
- Network designed to have multiple wells from each well pad to minimize surface disturbance and reduce upfront capital expenditures
Notably, the exceptional flow rates are one of the most critical factors contributing to the economics of the NI 43-101 PEA that is nearing completion.
These results are significant for LBNK - Boardwalk has the potential to be a meaningful contributor to the global supply of lithium as lithium demand continues to grow at a strong rate through the coming decades.
