RE:RE:TVAI don't see how shareholders end up with anything here. 

Have there been recent management changes?
Did new management buy stock on open market?
Does the company have debt?
Is the company cashflow positive?
Did large shareholders want additional equity?  This is important!
Did management conserve cash by changing compensation structure to low salaries and higher stock compensation?
Company is Cashflow negative, parts are being sold to the highest bidder.
