Still no permit to drill their flagship Apex property

Still no permit to drill their flagship Apex propertyThey submitted their application for drill permits on June 27 and its almost 4 months later and still no permit. The Apex uranium mine is on forested lands which can take up to 2 years to get permitted. Why has the promising Apex property not been drilled in the last 50 years ? Why was it ignored during the last Uranium rush in 2006 ? Could it be because it is located on forested lands which are known to be difficult to permit as compared to BLM lands.
