You raise a lot of legtitmate concerns especially about the finances and we all know that Peter can sometimes 'count his chickens before they hatch' e. g PFAS and that his timelines are almost always overly optimistic but there is just way too much potential here for this to fail. One thing Peter does do is always manage to figure out short term solutions to keep things going just as evidenced by the PP they literally just announced. People must be pretty sure of this thing to pay a 23 cent premium over what they could get it for in the market and the fact that it was only for 1.3 million AND oversubscribed should give a few people here some confidence.The fact that he only did a relatively small raise suggests to me that they must know that there is going to be other revenues coming or why not do a much larger raise?!?! Just an opinion.
Like you Tamarack I have done a TON of research on this company, have met Peter and been to their plant. Peter is the real deal and a VERY smart guy! He has managed to keep the lights on for 30 years and I personally have faith in him to continue to do that until ALL these divisions take off, and potentially exponentially as Uncleron always says!
ALL the tech stocks like pyro are taking it in the chin in a VERY pessimistic market and for him to be able to raise ANY money at all says a lot to me. Like you, with XBC, we road it up from .17 to the $12 mark but most of my gang made a lot of money and then bought back in the $3-4 so are VERY much underwater but none of us are selling fwiw. Will this likely go $1 or lower who knows given these markets and the sentiment but if you can hold on for a few months/years I personally think this be back well over $10 again............Just one very humble opinion from someone that has been an investor here a loooooong time.
Again Tamarack I'm sorry you lost out on xbc and admire your admission! I have been there as well so feel for you especially when you have recoommended it to family and friends as I have here.
Perhaps pyro down here or even lower is a chance to recoup some of your XBC losses??
Remember the tech has ben vetted by the most discerning client ever, the US Navy. HUGE validation and I'm prettty sure THEY pay their bills
