RE:RE:RE:FactsYour boyfriend tonto says she has no shares either - pillowbiter.
Explain why I need to own shares - and I have owned shares off and on in the past - to post facts to refute and correct your idiotic, misleading and completely uninformed posts.
Your post below is a perfect example.
Tilray is NOT backing Hexo, anymore more than High Trail was 'backing' Hexo. Tilray has bought the debt previoulsy owed to High Trail.
Hexo has to make debt payments -to service the loan, just like any other.
Tilray isn't doing this as charity work - they required Hexo to agree to a one sided deal that produces additional money in Tilray's pocket
-a $10 million signing fee
-$18 million annually in 'consulting fees'
-Hexo must purchase all product FROM TILRAY to fill any international orders
-Hexo must use Tilray to process/produce raw product to finished
In addition to the above, Tilray got 48% ownership of Hexo for a lousy .40 cents a share
If you call a master-servant relationship as 'backing' then I guess Tilray is backing Hexo.
BUT the major reason AS IVE EXPLAINED TO YOU,
but you just can't grasp is Tilray is preparing for US legalization - and they anticipate requiring additional production space.
They are GETTING THAT for pennies by having the option of purchasing Hexo outright.
It HAS nothing to do WITH .24 cent Hexo's 'potential' or products (like Tyson ears) - Hexo has no potential, they're on the verge of bankruptcy and will be non-existent in the not too distant future. Tilray will get existing facilties CHEAP - at a time of their own choosing (or not)
AND please don't throw your 'ace' card Truss - Tilray has beverage operations of it's own - far larger than Truss (a perpetual money loser), established for 30 years that's sold in retail stores in 30 states (not online like Truss).
Tilray can buy Hexo without Truss - Tilray doesnt need Truss
There is NOTHING a moron like you can explain to me, anymore than a Grade 2 kid will explain algebra to a Grade 12 student.

RE:RE:Facts
Keeler,
You hold no shares, not in a Long Position (Bullish) nor in a Short Position (Bearish), so you're Golden, all you have to worry about is coming up with new ways to waste everyone's time here on the forum.
Regarding HEXO. I could explain a few things to you but I will keep it brief (considering your lack of trading)... Tilray would not be backing HEXO if it did not see potential with the company and/or simply the products.
