Also just yo be clear once again. You can de couple the cobalt warrants from the EV sector. Very little cobalt will report to batteries, and none to US supply chains if it is mined in Cuba. The challenge with cobalt is its use in super alloys for aerospace and defence, etc, etc,. There was cobalt shortages before the pandemic but not for batteries.

The miners have told the auto sector for years now. There is no cobalt for batteries. What is the chemistry of the GM ultimia brand of batteries......nickel Rich cathode with very little cobalt. GM reduced the cobalt in the cathode by 50%
