That was incredibly painful to process......but what i got out of it was literally the exact same thing i just said...TUD will purchase the AMK/TUO fractions so that they can sell the lot as a whole, or a single company scoops all three...Doubt we see any piecemeal offer made.....

That would be a perfect world transaction, but in reality how will the relative share prices be agreed upon as all 3 are trading significantly less than they are worth.

As a TUD shareholder I would not agree to the other 2 companies getting a premium and not having to spend a penny for exploration. Covid has changed everything so the original agreement may need revisited in light of these unforseen circumstances.

I don't see any reason for TUD purchasing the other 2 in advance. As part of a negotiated deal with a buyer yes, but TUD has to do more drilling so I really can't see that happening unless the price shoots up to $5 + and money becomes easy to find.

In this horrible market I quicker see TUD being sold 1st to a buyer who then calls on the other 2 x 20% partners to find the cash to go into production. They either become JV partners or will guarantee the new buyer leverage to get a better buyout price.

It's like a chess game and TUD holds the key to the entire area.
