Shar price on Kore at the time at 2 cents (and before going ex-rights) was one dirt cheap option on their great properties. Sure, not gonna get permitted anytime soon, but that could change over time. Eric went in around 80 cents with the same permitting issues. He needed a capital loss. He chose Kore. Rigthts issue announced same day with mangement backstop. Luckily it wasnt WM or itd be at 2 cents as well. In any event, it was a small investement (tough to deploy real dough to a co without mkt cap) but still the quickest 20k Ive made since the bull of 2020!
