Nobody is interested in giving you a thumbs up for anything, except maybe Finallytherock and MT. I doubt very much that you can figure out why they'll give you thumbs up. It has nothig to do with respect..

So, are all the current directors going to run again? I'm not predicting, just asking. If they do, then they have reason to believe. If they don't, then they don't.
