To summarize this video : 
sage ranch : mostly talk about how good the sage ranch location it is , didn't talk about anything about how the progress goes . And the deal with Phantom also didn't mention at all . 

westlake : westlake solar project is gone now , Jeff said clearly that westlake doesn't want grb to build solar project . 

PWR: Grb took great loss and finally admitted its failure. Sold all the shares about 18million /0.02$ per share. Bye bye PWR . 

Is there any actual good news and progress?  Sorry I haven't heard any . 

we probably gonna see a over 10% drop next week  . Good luck everyone .
