Anyone know anything about this news releaseThe funds transferred to PTALF by the state was not a loan as many assumed. Rather the monies represent amounts owed PTALF by vendors. So the state has relieved PTALF of amounts due them thus putting PTALF in a very strong financial position! Very good news
