Sirona Biochem Corp. is a cosmetic ingredient and drug discovery company with a proprietary technology platform developed at its laboratory facility in France with a specialization in the stabilization of carbohydrate molecules. It is focused on three current antiviral categories: Neuraminidase Inhibitors, Nucleoside Analogs and Iminosugars. Its wholly owned subsidiary is TFChem S.A.R.L.

I recall that as well - could be dj vu all over again.

Perhaps he isn't going to be able to close the pet deal by year end like he indicated (shocker I know) or is trying to give himself enough wiggle room to get it done by the AGM.

Or it could be his complete farcical time as CEO and driving the stock price and volume into the ground after what was supposed to be a watershed deal for Sirona and him not wanting to endure the ire of long suffering shareholders. Or he could just be an antisocial a$$whole - who knows with this CEO anymore.
