I would say that the 35 cent offer will fly and no one will even count the cvr!

Being the " victim" I am not really happy  but .35 US is better than .15CAN even though I will lose about 80% of my investment! ( not counting no interest no growth no nothin! for 10 years!

BUT I have " beenthere" before and what helps is that I have no control over a buyout issue!

I have went years with little  hope of BTI working out but just couldn't pull the sell trigger but that will now be made for me ( us) and we will move on. 

Like everything in life there is a good side. With BTI gone investors will not be able to access  this bb including me and as a result I will never have to deal with you ever again! You will cease to exist just like Bioasis!
