I assume this annual 48k is the revolving patients number(some in and some out). Some of them will stay permanently.
My estimates were way off because I did not include the impact of omicron effects in Jan--March when it was in full swing. Obviously, even some onboarded and serviced patients got out of payment because of covid infections as CEO hinted today. As covid impact is fading away, I expect my calculations will be closer to actual numbers, especially in Feb report which reflect Jun--Sept revenue in H2.
