Critical Elements Lithium Corporation is a Canada-based lithium exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and processing of critical minerals mining properties in Canada. Its projects include Rose Lithium-Tantalum, Rose North, Rose South, Arques, Bourier, Dumulon, Duval, Nisk, Lemare, Caumont, and Valiquette. The Rose Lithium-Tantalum property consists of over 473 claims covering a total area of over 24.99 square kilometers (km2). It lies in the northeastern part of Superior Province, within the Eastmain greenstone belt. The Rose North property consists of about 31 claims covering a total area of over 16.14 km2. The Arques Property is composed of one block totaling around 136 claims covering an area of 6,840.93 hectares (ha) over 18 kilometers (kms) in length in a Southwest-Northeast direction. Bourier Property is comprised of over 304 claims with an area of 15,616.47 ha for over 30 kms. Rose South property consists of over 280 claims.

As someone that was deep in the red for so looonnnggg with CRE I can understand people's desire to get out as soon as it turns green.  

I'm lucky that I never lost money with NMX but JSL vs. Guy Bourrassa is quite the case study and while the wait is frustrating, I do trust that the CRE team is the turtle to Guy Bourrassa's hare.  Guy Bourrassa kept rushing things and minimizing the fall out when things fell apart or were missed.  Whereas when CRE does something, they at least hit the target, even if it takes a long time to land.  As a result, I have faith that the deal they make will be the best deal they could possibly strike.  A good example is them walking away from HELM.  At the time, i couldn't believe they would do that, it's such a bold move, but now we are in an even stronger position without the penalties incurred from the COMEX delay.  Guy Bourrassa would've never walked away from HELM and instead payed a ton of money in penalties from missed deadlines while promising that this is a temporary glitch.
