Bottom line... the demand is not there. Not a good place to be.

No one wants to aquire Dumont until they see a large Strategic Partner get involved in Crawford. A Strategic Parnter won't get involved in Crawford until they see someone pick up Dumont...

Something similar happened in 1973 just before the Yom Kippur War. Egypt and Syria were conducting "Military Exercises" akin to what Putin was doing last year on the borders in Belorus and Russia.
