It just has been announced yet.
I know it has been two years and nothing has come to fruition from the NR below but that comes with the territory.

Greenbriar's Alberta division was to finance and build a $120M solar project and was prepared (2 years ago) to extend the commitment up to $500M.

You will see through the link below that Green Energy Alberta is now in the carbon offset.
